GOD IS NOT YOUR BOSS
Why the Infinite doesn’t micromanage you, and why that is terrifying
When we say a person “reaches the Infinite,” it doesn’t mean they went to a mystical place and came back with light in their pocket. The Infinite (Ein Sof) is not a location. It is the Root of Reality. It is a state where the Light fills everything without boundary and without lack.
To “reach” it means to become it. It means you transmit the Infinite without conditions. This is called Zero-Dependency Love (Ahava She’eina Tluya B’davar).
The Symptom The sign of matching the frequency of the Infinite is not a feeling of grandeur. It is Simplicity. It is not a declaration. It is a benevolent presence. It is an open love, but not a mindless merger. It is a state of consciousness where the “I” is no longer the center.
The Management Myth
The Creator is not “Responsible” in the human sense of duty, punishment, or accounting. The Infinite is the nature of the Creator. Everything belongs to It. There is no lack, no abandonment, no mistake. Therefore, you cannot say the Creator is “Responsible” for what happens in the world the way a human is responsible for their actions.
The Partnership
There is an internal responsibility at the level of spiritual causality. Everything that happens is part of the Higher Order and Complete Supervision (Hashgacha). But the Human Being is the Vessel where this Supervision is revealed.
The Creator gives everything: The Light, the Will, the Tools. But the Creator does not replace the Experience. The Creator does not replace the need of the Soul to act out of awareness.
The Deal
The Creator “Manages the World.” But the Creator does not “Manage Us” in the human sense of supervising every detail. The responsibility falls on us: To be awake. To be internally clean. To allow the Light to be revealed.
This is the deepest nuance between Infinity, Freedom, and Supervision. We have a duty to be faithful to the Creator. Because the Creator is Faithful (Amun) to us.

ORIYA’S NOTE
We want God to be a Middle Manager. We want a God who tells us exactly what to do, punches our time card, rewards us with a bonus when we hit our KPIs, and fires the people we don’t like. We want a God who takes “Responsibility.” “God, why did you let this happen? I filed a complaint!”
The text says: God is not a Manager. God is the Grid.
The Infinite is the Nuclear Power Plant. It generates infinite voltage. It never stops. It never judges. It never fails.
You are the House.
Your Awareness is the Wiring.
If your wiring is faulty and your house burns down, you can’t scream at the Power Plant. The Power Plant did its job. It provided the energy. You didn’t do your job. You didn’t maintain the vessel.
This is terrifying because it removes the “Adult in the Sky” who we can blame. But it is also liberating. The energy is always there. The Creator gives the Hardware (The Light, The Body, The World). You write the Software (The Choice, The Consciousness, The Cleanliness).
If you want the light to turn on, stop praying for the electricity to change. Fix the switch.
